Four Belles will help bring your big day to life, taking care of all the smallest and largest details. We have a few packages to make your wedding day the day you’ve always imagined.
Saved by the Belle
This day of coordination package brings peace of mind to each couple on their wedding day. It allows them to focus on each other and their guests. Please leave all the little details and problem solving to us! Pricing starts at $2,000.
Before the wedding:
- Initial consultation
- Venue walk through
- Confirmation of details with vendors
- Create and distribute timeline
- 1-hour rehearsal
- Wedding Detail Packet
- Main contact for vendors and guests day of wedding
Prior to Ceremony
- 2 Belles on site all day, up to 15 hours
- Set up ceremony and reception areas
- Meet and greet vendors upon arrival
- Distribute flowers, as requested
- Distribute final payments/tips
- Coordinate ceremony entrance
- Set out cocktail snacks, as needed
During Reception
- Coordinate grand entrance
- Remove cards/gifts to designated secure area
- Dismiss guest tables, if requested
- Continued coordination with vendors throughout the day
- Set out desserts, as needed
- Coordinate late snacks
- Tear down of decorations and pack into designated vehicle
With Belles On
This package is the next level to provide a little extra guidance throughout the engagement and coordination of the wedding day. Pricing starts at $3,200.
The Extras
- Monthly contact with coordinator
- Up to 4 hours the day before for set up
- Minimal attendance at meetings
- Connect with vendors and follow up throughout
- 1/2 off rental of inventory (excluding linens)
Added Design
- Save the Dates: design, order, assemble, and mail
- Invitations: design, order, assemble, mail, and track RSVPS
- Programs: design, order, and assemble
Belle of the Ball
Coordination of everything needed for the wedding, from the engagement to the last song on the wedding night. Pricing starts at $4,700.
All About the Details
- Everything included in packages listed above
- Additional contact and attendance at all meetings, including venue tours
- Assist with budget management
- Printing costs associated with Save the Dates, Invitations, and/or Programs
- Free rental of inventory (excluding linens)
